EQUINOX GEOSPATIAL

Equinox Geospatial is a company that specializes in the gathering and utilization of GIS data. Their services include app development, consulting and more.  Equinox wanted a new logo to reflect their modern approach towards GIS systems.

Feature 1

The client was open to suggestions for a new logo, as long as the new branding focused on a wordmark and the color yellow. After several rounds of revisions, we settled on a wordmark that featured a "nav-moon" icon that represents both the company's core competency - Global positioning data - and references the name of the company itself. 

Feature 2

Sketches focused on incorporating the moon and representations of space- through navpoints, type kerning and more. 

Feature 3

An alternate color-scheme was created to make the logo more versatile across multiple mediums.
